EZVIZ Yume Drift International Festival 2026

General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern your attendance at and participation in the EZVIZ Yume Drift International Festival 2026 ("the Event"), organised by Yume Drift, VšĮ, registration code 307058685, registered address V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, Lithuania ("the Organiser"). By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. The Event takes place on 25–26 July 2026 at ŠTMC Autodrome, Kuršėnai, Lithuania.
Tickets & Admission
Tickets for the Event are sold exclusively through Paysera Tickets, a third-party ticketing platform operated by Paysera LT, UAB. By purchasing a ticket, you also agree to Paysera's own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, available at paysera.com. The Organiser is not responsible for any issues arising from the ticketing platform itself, including payment processing, account access, or ticket delivery. A valid ticket must be presented at the entrance. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold for commercial gain. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who does not hold a valid ticket or who is in breach of these Terms. Admission is subject to capacity limits and applicable health and safety regulations. Children under 12 years of age are admitted free of charge when accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. The Organiser reserves the right to conduct bag searches and security checks upon entry.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation or significant rescheduling of the Event by the Organiser. In the event of cancellation by the Organiser, ticket holders will be offered a refund via the original payment method. The Organiser is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or loss of earnings. Partial event attendance does not entitle the ticket holder to a partial or full refund.
Health, Safety & Conduct
All attendees must comply with all instructions issued by the Organiser, event staff, and security personnel at all times. The Event involves high-performance motorsport activities. Attendees acknowledge the inherent risks associated with attending a motorsport event and agree to remain within designated spectator areas at all times. Attendees must not enter restricted or trackside zones without prior written authorisation from the Organiser. The consumption of alcohol is permitted only in designated areas and only by persons aged 18 or over. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any person from the Event who poses a risk to themselves or others, behaves in a disorderly, aggressive, or offensive manner, or is found to be in breach of these Terms. No refunds will be issued to removed attendees.
Photography, Film & Media
By attending the Event, you acknowledge that photography, filming, and audio recording may take place throughout the venue. The Organiser and its authorised partners may use such material for promotional, commercial, and editorial purposes without further consent or compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, it is your responsibility to avoid designated media areas and to notify event staff. Personal photography and filming for non-commercial use is permitted unless otherwise indicated.
Liability
Attendance at the Event is entirely at the attendee's own risk. The Organiser shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property sustained at or in connection with the Event, except where such liability arises from the proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the Organiser. The Organiser's total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the face value of the ticket purchased. The Organiser is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss.
Force Majeure
The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemic, government restrictions, severe weather, or other events of force majeure. In such cases, the Organiser will use reasonable endeavours to reschedule the Event and will communicate updates via the official website at yumedrift.eu.
Privacy & Data
Personal data collected in connection with ticket purchase and event attendance is processed in accordance with the Organiser's Privacy Policy, available at yumedrift.eu/privacy, and applicable data protection legislation including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is used solely for the purpose of event administration, safety, and, where consent has been given, marketing communications. For any data-related enquiries, contact info@yumedrift.eu.
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited at the Event: weapons or items that could be used as weapons; illegal substances; professional recording equipment without prior media accreditation; drones or unmanned aerial vehicles without prior written authorisation; flares, fireworks, or pyrotechnic devices; items deemed by security staff to pose a risk to safety. The Organiser reserves the right to update this list at any time prior to the Event.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
